Returns Policy

As a small business creating each product on demand, we focus on sustainability and reducing waste. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there are exceptional circumstances, which must be reported to us within 30 days of your order being delivered.

If a return is approved, we’ll happily offer either store credit for the value of the item or a refund — whichever you prefer. Please note that if you choose a refund, postage costs are not covered by us and will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make things right.
